7 Best Hairstyling Hacks and Tricks To Know

Men can never know what we go through when we run late. I mean there is so much to do that sometimes I have a blackout simply wondering where to start. For me, deciding what to wear comes easy, the most challenging part is to figure out a good way to style my hair in a way that looks classy, chic and doesn’t take too much time.

Check out these 7 amazing hairstylinghacks and tricks that I found to come in handy on super busy days.

#1 – Can’t find your curling iron? Don’t sweat it! You can learn to curl your locks using a flat iron with this simple technique. Be sure to complete the look with a little hairspray to hold your curls longer.

#2 – Let me keep it real!  Having a bad hair moment and running late is by far the worst combination for a woman. This hair idea will save you a ton of time. If your hair feels greasy and you’ve got no time to wash it, sprinkle some baby powder on your scalp and massage the powder in. The powder will absorb excess oil, resulting in making your hair feel much better and ready for any hairstyle.

#3 – Check out this super quick and easy hairstyle!  To achieve this Classy Chignon for a romantic night on the town, all you need is a hair brush, hair elastic and a few bobby pins. You’ll end up looking like you’ve just finished with the “glam squad”.

#4 – If you feel more confident with curls in your hair, this easy hairstyle trick will help you curl your hair in less than 5 minutes. Simply style your hair in a high ponytail and divide the ponytail into 2-4 sections depending on how tight you want the curls. Now start curling each section with a curling iron.  #6 Not all of us are blessed with thick, fuller hair and I have seen many women feeling awkward about their scanty braid. Well, here’s a hair trick that will make your braid look 10 times bigger and chunky. Style your hair in a regular or fishtail braid and secure it with a hair elastic. Once the braid is complete, gently pull each loop of the braid until the last one at the end of the braid. By the end your braid would look thick and chic.

#7 – Love big fluffy curls?  Here’s another quick and easy hairstyle trick to curl your hair in less than 3 minutes. This style is great for my “textured” hair girls and works great on hair extensions too. You can also rock this if you have wavy, curly or even straight silky locks. Divide your slightly damped hair into four jumbo sections and braid them backwards. Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be neat but braid TIGHT for tighter curls! Air dry for a heat-less hair style OR dry with the aid of a blow drier to lock in the curls, unbraid and voila! This simple techniquewill have you rocking a curly hairstyle that is sure to turn heads.
